We do our best to describe every product accurately — materials, sizes, and what's included. If a product you receive doesn't match its description, let us know and we'll make it right under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Pricing
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your selected country or market. The currency, item prices, applicable shipping charges and final amount shown at checkout govern your purchase. Any applicable duties or import charges may be assessed separately.
Order acceptance
Placing an order doesn't automatically mean it's accepted. If we can't fulfill your order for any reason — for example, a supplier stock issue — we'll let you know promptly and refund you in full.
Discount codes
Discount codes apply at checkout and can't be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, in which case we'll contact you before processing your order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EcoPaws isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
